How much does it cost?
It depends on the scope. We offer project-based pricing, fractional retainers, and intensive sprint engagements. We quote after the discovery call — never before. Discovery itself is always free.
Do I need to know exactly what I need?
No. Most clients come in knowing they have a problem, not knowing exactly what to fix. That's the point of the call — we help you figure out what the real issue is and what kind of support makes sense.
How quickly can you start?
For project work, usually within 1–2 weeks of agreement. For fractional support, we can often start the following week. We don't have a 90-day onboarding process.
Are you fully remote?
We're New England-based and work remotely, in-person, or hybrid depending on what works best. Some clients prefer in-person kickoffs; others are fully remote. We adapt to what gets the best result for you.
What if I just need one thing?
That's fine. We do project-based work for single deliverables all the time — a brand audit, an AI stack build, a content system, a go-to-market plan. You don't need to buy a retainer to work with us.
